Monday 26th August was Bank Holiday Monday. We had arranged a day out with my husbands sister and her family a few weeks back. We decided to go to Weymouth Beach and then watch the fireworks in the evening. The older two had a fab time in and out of the sea. The middle two stayed a bit closer and were paddling in a shallow bit of water and Olivia sat with us filling her bucket with sand and stones!
After we finished on the beach we went for a short wander along the harbour side. Managed to get a picture of the 4 older ones and a picture of the Condour Ferry!
About 6ish we headed back to the cars that were parked in the park and ride car park. We then drove over to Bowleaze which is a beach caravan holiday park. There the kids had a chippy tea and went climbing on the rocks. We even saw the Ferry go back out!
We then headed back over to Weymouth about 8ish and sat on the seafront to wait for the fireworks to start at 9.30!
We had a fabulous day and we were late getting home. All 3 kids were in bed pretty quick and were soon fast asleep!! We soon followed suit haha!
