First meal in freezer for Moo !!!

Yesterday I cooked a roast beef dinner, with it I did roast potatos, carrots, green beans and yourkshire puds ....... YUMMY !!!!

I decided to do cook a potato (for mashing) and save some meat and veg and then blend down and freeze ready for Chloe in just over a months time !!

I blended down for her 3 slices of beep. a mashed potato, half a carrot and about 6 green beans and got about 2 icecube trays out of it !!!!! So she has one meal all ready for her in the freezer!!!!!

Today we went shopping to get ryans school uniform, we got him a pack of 3 white polo shirts, 2 packs of 3 vests, a pair of trousers, new shoes and a new lunch box .. the trousers need taking up a few inches but other than that he is good to go !!!
Nanny bought him a new coat the other day which he is chuffed about so he has a new coat for the winter!!!!

Tonight he is staying at Nanny's and then tomorrow they are off out on the bus which he is really looking forward to !!! So tomorrow is bit of a chill day with a few bits of housework and washing to do !!!!!

And yes it is 12.45 at night and I am STILL sat up !!! Luckily it seems to have no effect on me what time I go to bed!!! Good job she will wake at 7 for milk and go back to sleep til half 9 !!! No doubt I will change all that when school starts monday ... she will wake at 7 and be up !!!!
